A Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You so very much for all that You have done for me, and all that You mean to me. Lord, I want to tell You that I love You and praise You with my whole heart.Lord, I lift up Casey, now, as he is in school studying to do the work of the Lord. Lord, I just pray that You will protect him, keep him healthy and safe. Help him to get rest when needed. Give him the strength to study hard and pass all of his classes, work hard and pay all of his bills, and focus hard on becoming the man that You desire him to be.

God, I thank You with my whole heart for bringing this wonderful man into my life; for willing our hearts to become one in Your sight! Heavenly Father, it is an amazing feeling- for one to know that she is at last complete; perfect; whole! Oh, thank You! I do not deserve such love and devotion. Neither have I ever dreamed of such a man- God, You have given me so much better than I deserve. And with every moment that passes I learn more and more about Casey that meets my every need and more. What love!

Lord, I ask that You give Casey and I the grace to walk through the valley of trials that You have for us... a long distance relationship; schoolwork; jobs; spiritual growth... God, please give us the wisdom to make the right decisions, the strength to keep our focus on You, and the power to build our relationship from far apart- a relationship that will stand strong and faithful for eternity.

I ask that You lead Casey to the job that he needs; one that will allow him to make money for school and other bills, and one that will allow him to study, rest, and minister for You. Give him the patience to wait on You. Help him to keep his head high and not give up.

Make it easy for him to study and pass all of his classes. Give him the resources and finances and time necessary to fulfill all of his assignments. Bless him more now than ever before, dear Lord, I beg You- help him to finish strong.

Once again, thank You for the blessings You have given me... this man and the sweet friendship and love that we share. Thank You for my friend, God; thank You for my lover; thank You for my life!

Please bless him and keep him, Father.
